Grilled Branzino with Orange & Herbs

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Whole Branzino (cut head & tail off, scaled and cleaned inside)
- 1 navel orange
- 6 leaves sage (cut small pieces)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
1. In a small bowl, mix orange zest, sage, salt & pepper well.
2. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the fish both sides, put orange & herb mix on top and inside evenly.
3. Heat the grill over medium heat, place the sliced oranges over the grill and put stuffed fish on them. Pour Olive Oil on fishes and steamgrill with the lid on for 5 minutes.
4. Pour white wine and steam-grill for 5 minutes.
