Rib Eye Steak & Honey Mustard Sauce with Grilled Spinach

INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lbs rib eye steak
- Kosher salt & pepper
- Spinach
- Garlic salt
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Thyme
- Salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Season the meat with salt & pepper for both sides.
2. Heat the grill over medium to high heat, cook steak until golden brown for about 4 minutes.
3. Turn around and cook for 4 minutes.
4. Put the lid on the grill then cook for another 3 minutes.
5. Take the steak out from the grill and keep it on the plate for 10 minutes before cut.
6. Put spinach on the grill pan, sprinkle with garlic salt and butter, close the lid then cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
7. In the small bowl, whisk dijon mustard, honey, red wine vinegar together. Add olive oil and thyme then mix well.
8. Slice the steak and serve with honey mustard sauce and grilled spinach.
