Ethnic Style Steamed Shrimp 

INGREDIENTS (2 servings)
 
        -8 shrimp
 
       -Juice of 1/2 lemon
       -1/2 red pepper
 A   -1 tbsp nampla (Thai fish sauce)
        -1/3 to 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
        -1/2tsp sugar
 
         -Some coriander
 
DIRECTIONS
 
1. Shell shrimp, leaving tails still attached, and devein. Combine [A] and set aside.
 
2. Place shrimp on Steam Grill and grill for 3 minutes without water. Spread [A] and steam-grill for 1 minute with the lid on. Then serve the shrimp with some coriander.
