Grilled Chicken Breast

INGREDIENTS (2 servings)
- 1 large chicken breast (10.5 - 12 oz)
- 1/2 bunch asparagus
- 6 -8 baby potatoes
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Remove excess fat from the chicken, stab a few times with a fork, and rub in salt and peper by hand.
2. Preheat the Steam Grill for 3-4 minutes on medium heat and place the chicken, skin side down. Place the baby potatoes around the chicken.
3. When the skin is browned after a minute or so, filp and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Place the asparagus then add 2 oz of water in the gutter (water pocket) and cover with the lid. Steam-grill on low heat for 4 minutes.
5. Turn the heat off but keep the lid on and finish cooking with residual heat.
