Small Sea Bream Steam-Grilled with Potatoes

INGREDIENTS (1 serving)
 
- 1 small sea bream (8 inches)
- 2 potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1/2 red onion, cut into thick slices
- 4 rosemary sprigs
- 1 tomato, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 5 garlic cloves
- 7 oz white wine
- 3.5 oz water
- 1/2 lemon, cut into thick slices
- Salt and papper to taste
 
DIRECTIONS
 
1. Remove the scales, fins, and guts from the sea bream and wash thoroughly.

2. Make a slit in the back of the fish until the blade touches the spine and tuck rosemary sprigs and slices of tomato, garlic, and lemon. Sprinkle salt and peper and place the fish in the Steam Grill.

3. Arrange the remaining vegetables around the fish and lightly sprinkle salt and papper. Cook on medium heat.

4. When the Steam Grill is hot, pour white wine and water and cover with the lid.

5. Steam-grill until the fish and vegetables are cooked through.
